• All charges are calculated base to base. Base = Hyde Park Corner.
• We reserve the right to add a service fee (max 10%) to the final invoice total for pre agreed account holders after 21 days of invoice.
• Non account holders payment in advance through bank transfer, sterling cash or cheque on completion of the travel. Credit cards accepted.
• Minimum of 100% surcharge on Christmas Day and New Years Day (25% other public holidays).
• Telephone charged at £1.00 per minute (UK). £2.00 other areas.
• VAT is chargeable on all hire fees shown below at a rate of 17.5%

Cancellations
Within 2 hours of pick-up time, 100%. Between 2 and 8 hours (or after 1800 for next day), 50%.
